NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
All parts are fully refundable for 6 month from the date of original sale.
Parts must be in their original condition and packaging.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We inspects all products before they leave the warehouse.
In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a damaged part, Please notify cpsautoparts.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will rectify with one of the following actions:
- Exchange the product
- Pick up the product and provide a refund
- Offer a discount
*You have a maximum of 14 days from the order date to report any damages for exchanges or warranty.
WARRANTY POLICY
Products sold by www.CPS-autoparts.ca are under limited lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You must be the original owner of the vehicle and a copy of the invoice must be provided.
*Lifetime warranty excludes cooling and electrical parts such as radiators, A/C condensers, cooling fans, mirrors, regulators & reservoirs with motors. These products have a 2 year limited warranty.
*For commercial vehicles we warranty all parts for 1 year, except for cooling an electrical parts (radiators, A/C condensers, cooling fans, mirrors, regulators & reservoirs with motors. Those parts will be warranted for 6 month.
MISPRINTS AND ERRORS
CPS-autoparts.ca endeavors to provide current and accurate information on the Website, however, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for parts) or other errors may sometimes occur.
